Inner City Youth and Boxing Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and improving the quality of life for the youth in the community. Since its establishment in 1999, the center has been providing a range of services aimed at enhancing physical fitness, strength, and balance for young individuals aged 7-18. Through structured training sessions and mentorship programs, the center focuses on building self-esteem, discipline, and self-confidence among its members.
With a strong emphasis on health and wellness, Inner City Youth and Boxing Center offers a variety of programs including personal training, corporate fitness, nutritional advice, weight loss, muscle tone, and core strength development. The center also provides opportunities for youth to engage in boxing classes, mixed martial arts, and cardio fitness activities. Additionally, the center actively participates in gang intervention initiatives and offers teen summer camps to promote a positive and supportive environment for its members.
As a certified member of USA Boxing®, Inner City Youth and Boxing Center has a rich history of organizing amateur boxing bouts and promoting Olympic-style boxing in the local community.
