Detailed Information

The Little Gym of Vancouver is a nurturing environment where children aged 4 months to 12 years learn and grow through movement-based learning and imaginative play. Founded by Robin Wes in 1976, The Little Gym focuses on developing the whole child physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. With over 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym offers programs designed to enhance flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, teamwork, cooperation, and leadership skills through fun and engaging activities.

At The Little Gym, children progress from Parent/Child classes for infants to toddlers, to Preschool Gymnastics for 3-6-year-olds, and on to classes for 6-12-year-olds. The gym’s philosophy of Three-Dimensional Learning emphasizes physical activity as a means to nurture children holistically, fostering growth in the dimensions of Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid. Through a variety of gymnastics skills and activities, children build confidence, skills, and social connections while having serious fun in a supportive and positive community.

The Little Gym offers unique birthday party adventures, such as the Llama Llama™ and The Very Hungry Caterpillar™ themes, providing children with energy-burning games, obstacles, and imaginative play. Committed to improving children’s lives globally and locally, The Little Gym’s Big Hearts program focuses on philanthropy and sustainability to positively impact communities. Parents rave about the engaging and enthusiastic staff, emphasizing the joy and socialization their children experience at The Little Gym of Vancouver.
