Founded by entrepreneur Glenn Goodson, A1 Boxing Academy has a rich history rooted in his passion for boxing, fitness, and community engagement. After being inspired by his upbringing in Denver, Colorado, Goodson sought to bring the benefits of boxing and fitness to the Aurora/Denver area. Following his introduction to the LA Boxing franchise in Los Angeles, California, Goodson realized the potential of this venture and opened the academy in 2005. With a vision to give back to the community, the academy focuses on creating activities for youth that promote fitness, defense skills, and unity.
Transitioning from the franchise in 2007, A1 Boxing Academy, formerly known as LA Boxing, continues to uphold its commitment to providing a supportive and empowering environment for individuals of all fitness levels.
