Beat Parkinson’s Today is a research-based exercise program founded by Michelle Hespeler, a person living with Parkinson’s, for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. With over 15 years of personal experience with the condition, Michelle has developed a program that offers online and in-person classes seven days a week. The program focuses on tailored approaches such as interval training, boxing, and visualization to improve physical strength, balance, and motor control, while also providing emotional and social support within a community of individuals who understand the challenges of living with Parkinson’s.

Founded in Connecticut, Beat Parkinson’s Today has expanded to multiple states, offering transformative experiences for members navigating life with Parkinson’s. Michelle’s background as a physical education teacher and coach has influenced the program’s philosophy of promoting confidence, respect, and health through exercise.
