Welcome to the Bruce and Graciela Redwine Student Wellness Center at Midwestern State University. Our 51,000-square-foot facility, established in 2009, is equipped with top-of-the-line CYBEX MATRIX and TRUE equipment, offering over 75 pieces of free weights and machines, along with 50 different cardiovascular equipment units, each featuring an entertainment monitor. Additionally, our center boasts an indoor track, a fully equipped gymnasium, and cutting-edge group fitness rooms.
Students enrolled in on-campus classes with the Wellness Center fee included can access our facilities using a valid MSU ID card. Online-only students have the option to purchase memberships either in person or online, with activation of their ID card upon payment receipt. Non-student memberships are also available, with guest passes requiring online purchase prior to arrival. Personal training services are offered for tailored instruction, and our professional staff is readily available for guidance on exercise, health, nutrition, and stress management.
