Founded in 1991, Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation (CCPR) is a community-focused organization established through an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Carmel and Clay Township in Indiana. With a mission to strengthen the community through high-quality parks and facilities, CCPR manages over 700 acres of park land and various recreation facilities, offering a wide range of programs for all ages.
