Eleanor Cole Academy of Dance, Gymnastics, and Cheerleading is a longstanding establishment in the Muncie community, serving students since 1948. Under the direction of Tracy Navas, the academy offers a wide range of programs including dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading for both recreational and competitive levels. The academy’s Morrison location, opened in 2018, is home to the Twisters Gymnastics Team and COLE All-Star Cheerleaders, offering specialized classes in cheerleading, tumbling, and warrior training. The Keesling location, known as the “OG,” features spacious dance studios and a fully equipped gymnasium, catering to dance and gymnastics classes for students of all ages. Each year, students at Cole Academy have the opportunity to showcase their skills at Winter and Summer Recitals at Emens Auditorium, as well as participate in in-house tumbling meets and community events.
