CrossFit Boston Iron & Grit is a fitness community that has been affiliated since 2011 with a mission to create a group of fit, healthy, and happy individuals who strive to live their best lives while also giving back to the youth in Boston. Over the past 13 years, the Iron & Grit team and community have actively volunteered to support homeless children and those in impoverished neighborhoods, all while maintaining their own fitness levels. The gym offers world-class coaching, top-notch facilities, and a welcoming environment for individuals of all athletic abilities and backgrounds.
The gym’s programs are built on five pillars of fitness, including absolute strength, cardiovascular endurance, mobility and flexibility, functional body development, and overall wellness. With a focus on individualized attention and goal setting, the Iron & Grit team ensures that each member receives tailored coaching and support to help them achieve their fitness objectives. The staff, with over seven years of coaching experience together, delivers engaging and effective workouts that cater to a variety of fitness levels and goals.
