At CrossFit Lehigh Valley, we prioritize your safety so that you can continue to workout for as long as possible. We start ALL new members with our Elements Program to ensure that you can perform the movements you’ll see in class SAFELY before jumping into our group classes. Before getting started in our Group Classes at CrossFit Lehigh Valley, we want to make sure you are fully prepared to join in on the fun! We do this by taking you through our ‘Elements’ program. You will have FOUR semi-private to private sessions with one of our trainers where they will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit. This will ensure that you can perform all of the movements safely in a class setting while also getting you familiar with the movements you’ll see regularly in class. We’re excited to help you get started on your fitness journey!
CrossFit Lehigh Valley welcomes and unites people of all ages, abilities, and goals. Our workouts are accessible and effective for all. We build strong local communities that drive a deep sense of belonging. Our staff hold at a MINIMUM a CrossFit Level 1 Coaching Certificate and go through monthly training sessions to provide them with the resources they need to become the best coaches possible.
