The app allows individuals to track personal health stats, access workouts from top trainers, and discover the 7 fundamental movements to challenge and strengthen their bodies. The Fitness Court’s mission is to promote outdoor movement and wellness activities that are equitable, accessible, and free for all Americans.
With a history of over 40 years in promoting health and fitness through the built environment, the Fitness Court works with municipalities, schools, and sponsors across America to fund and activate healthy communities. The ultimate goal by 2030 is to establish 5,000 free outdoor Fitness Courts within a 10-minute bike ride of every American, emphasizing the importance of physical activity and preventive health measures in combating sedentary lifestyles and preventable diseases.
