FLEXcity Fitness offers a unique approach to fitness with a focus on flexibility and convenience. Founded by Jenny Quinn and Trista Parisian, both experienced and certified personal trainers, FLEXcity Fitness provides a variety of instructor-led small group training classes that combine cardio and strength training. With a different class format each day of the week, clients are exposed to diverse and challenging exercises using equipment such as treadmills, indoor cycling, BOSU™, TRX™, and barre for a comprehensive total body workout.
