With a focus on safety and personalized attention, Glute University requires participants to reserve their spot in classes, which are conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The gym encourages participants to bring a towel and water for their comfort during workouts and allows the option to wear masks for added peace of mind.
With a commitment to customer satisfaction, Glute University implements a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure class sizes are optimized for each session. In case of emergencies, the gym allows a one-time rescheduling for drop-in classes, providing flexibility for those without memberships. Refunds are not offered for drop-ins at this time. Participants are encouraged to arrive promptly, no more than 10 minutes before or after the scheduled class time to maintain the flow and effectiveness of the workout sessions.
