Haydens Gymnastics & Cheer Academy (HIGA) has been a beacon of excellence in training Champions for Life in gymnastics and cheerleading since 1994. Led by Dan Hayden, a decorated gymnast with a wealth of international experience, the academy instills values of positivity, care, and a focus on personal growth. Through a comprehensive lifestyle exercise program, HIGA emphasizes discipline, commitment, and physical development, nurturing an “I Can” attitude in students of all ages. With a range of programs designed for overall well-being, HIGA is a place where individuals can discover new friendships and unlock their full potential.
Since its inception, HIGA has seen remarkable success, with highly competitive teams that have garnered national recognition in both gymnastics and cheerleading. Offering programs for boys and girls teams, cheerleading, recreational classes, and preschool programs, HIGA caters to a diverse range of athletes. The introduction of the Excel program in 2012 further expanded opportunities for girls to compete in gymnastics through their high school years, providing a supportive environment without excessive pressure. With continuous improvements and expansions, including state-of-the-art facilities and equipment upgrades, HIGA is committed to taking its offerings to the next level under the partnership of Robert and Loretta Giancroce with Dan Hayden.
With close to 35,000 square feet of space across multiple facilities, HIGA has evolved to accommodate various age groups and skill levels. The addition of Haydens Junior Gym, equipped with specialized gear for younger children, and the Gymnastics “Raw” program featuring innovative training elements like a raised pit and a Ninja course, reflect the academy’s commitment to providing a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Rooted in a rich history of athletic achievement and a philosophy centered on holistic development, HIGA continues to inspire individuals to strive for excellence and embrace the values of a true Champion for Life.
