Lafayette Area Gymnastics Club (LAGC) was established in June of 2006 with a mission to provide children of all backgrounds the opportunity to engage in gymnastics and dance. The dedicated staff at LAGC not only caters to the children within the club but also extends their reach through field trips, camps, and birthday parties. Led by Miss Cindy, who has been coaching at Lafayette Jefferson High School for over two decades, the club focuses on nurturing young talents and instilling a love for sports in every child.
At LAGC, a wide range of classes are offered for children aged 18 months to 18 years, ensuring that there is something for everyone regardless of age or skill level. Whether you are a returning member or new to LAGC, the club prides itself on providing a welcoming environment where children can learn and grow. Miss Cindy’s passion for coaching stems from her love for children and the joy she experiences when witnessing their progress and achievements in mastering new skills.
With a strong emphasis on inclusivity and skill development, LAGC is committed to offering a holistic approach to gymnastics and dance education. By fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, the club aims to inspire young individuals to reach their full potential and discover the joy of physical activity. Through a combination of structured classes, field trips, and special events, LAGC continues to make a positive impact on the lives of children in the Lafayette area.
