Founded in 2021 by Husband & Wife owners Justin and Jody Mercado, the gym aims to create a welcoming family environment for individuals to learn, grow, and work out. Offering Adult and Youth Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Strength & Conditioning, and Mixed Martial Arts classes, all instruction is provided by owner Professor “Mercs” Justin Mercado, a seasoned practitioner with over 20 years of experience in various martial arts disciplines.
