Founded in late 2006 by Elizabeth and Erik Lilla, Metro Stars Gymnastics now operates three locations serving the Greater Omaha Metro Area. Specializing in preschool and recreational gymnastics classes, the innovative lesson plans go beyond teaching gymnastics skills. Designed by Elizabeth Lilla, who holds a doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy, the classes focus on social interaction, gross motor skill development, trying new challenges, and building self-esteem.
