Port City Sports Performance, LLC (PCSP) (est. 2009) is geared towards athletes who are committed to achieving excellence in their respective sport and individuals seeking to improve their overall health and wellness. PSCP is a warehouse-type training facility offering group fitness classes, programming, open gym, and semi-private sessions in an intense, fun atmosphere. Our individualized, goal-driven facility is what separates us from any other gym; we do what is needed for you to succeed. The PCSP facility was built with one thing in mind – improving performance! You will find an incredibly motivating atmosphere led by a team of coaches and trainers who will dedicate themselves to seeing you reach your full competitive potential.
At PCSP our goal is to enhance your competitive edge and build your overall self-esteem. We use different methodologies of training from around the world to improve your athletic performance. These techniques are utilized in a variety of ways through training regiments which include plyometrics, band training, sports specific strength training, flexibility, speed development and agility training. We personalize training sessions to meet your individual goals. PCSP not only trains individual competitors of all ages to meet their fitness needs, but we also train age specific groups and athletic teams as well.
As a two sport athlete in college (wrestling and soccer), I understand the importance of training on athletes. The days of getting by on athletic ability are over. It takes extra to get to the next level. I’m truly a product of PCSP as Coach Pence has written programs to help me stay physically fit and active to continue to coach wrestling for the past 14 years here in NC.
