Rise Up Athletics, formerly known as Kidnastics, has been a staple in the Los Alamitos community since 1977, offering quality gymnastics programs for boys and girls of all ages. Over the past 40+ years, Rise Up Athletics has been a cherished part of many local families’ lives, with former gymnasts now bringing their own children and grandchildren to continue the tradition. The gym provides a range of programs including coed gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, parent and me classes, recreational cheer teams, birthday parties, private lessons, gym rentals, and more.
As a USA Gymnastics member, Rise Up Athletics is committed to providing quality gymnastics in a safe, fun, and pressure-free environment. The gym’s philosophy revolves around helping children test their boundaries, accomplish new feats, and feel proud of their accomplishments. With a 23,000 square foot facility, Rise Up Athletics offers a diverse range of classes for kids aged 12 months to 18 years, ensuring that every child can learn and grow while having fun. The gym is family-owned and operated, fostering a welcoming environment for both new and returning families.
Rise Up Athletics also offers unique programs like the NINJA Star program, which has become one of their fastest-growing programs.
