The Sarkeys Fitness Center (SFC) at the University of Oklahoma is a premier fitness and recreational facility that has been serving the OU community since 2003. For those who enjoy aquatic activities, the Murray Case Sells Swim Complex offers both indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool features an eight-lane 25-yard lap pool with a diving well, while the outdoor facility boasts an Olympic-sized pool with diving wells and springboards. Whether you’re into lap swimming, water aerobics, or swim lessons, the Swim Complex provides a refreshing and invigorating environment to enhance your health and well-being through water-based activities.
