Sokol Gymnastics Association is a multi-generational fitness, educational, cultural, and social organization that was founded in 1862 in the Czech Republic and has since established a strong presence in the United States. With six Districts across the nation and various Units tailored to different locations, Sokol offers a wide range of programs including artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, volleyball, folk dancing, camping, track & field, martial arts, and more.
