Hawaiian Island Twisters (HITS) is a 501c(3) non-profit organization founded in 1996, offering one of the most competitive gymnastics programs in Hawaii. Our facility provides a welcoming environment for individuals to explore the sport of gymnastics and join our HITS ohana.
