Come see our brand new, beautiful spa-like studio located between Ross and Outdoor Supply Hardware! Julie Burk’s Bar Method journey began over 9 years ago at the Walnut Creek studio. She instantly loved the safe and effective workout that challenged her both mentally and physically. She was also excited to find she could continue with the Bar Method throughout pregnancy. Julie has lived in the Concord/Clayton area since 2011 and is truly delighted to bring The Bar Method to her community. Outside the studio, Julie enjoys motorcycle adventures with her husband and spending time with her 9 kids! There is plenty of free parking available directly in front of the studio.
